Community-Led Cooperation by Canadian SMOs and International Partners
Funded by Global Affairs Canada, and led by the ICN, Canada LIFTs is designed to elevate the broader ecosystem of Canadian SMOs, their partners, and the communities they work with. It does this through funding, learning and accompaniment.
Catalyst Fund
Intended to reduce entry barriers and support experimentation, learning, and early impact.
This is a space for first-time and early-stage organizations while still including more established applicants who choose this program.

Momentum Fund
Designed for organizations ready to scale, adapt, or deepen their work.
Requires 5% matching contribution.
> Applications are open Sept. 8 and will close on Nov. 4, 2026 at 1 pm CDT
Together Fund
Designed for organizations ready to scale, adapt, or deepen their work.
Requires 100% matching contribution.
If selected 3 years of funding will be guaranteed.
